🛣️ A Day Behind the Wheel
🧓 Taking Care of Residents
Drive residents to appointments, errands, and outings on a set schedule
Help them in and out of the shuttle (wheelchair lift included!)
Walk them inside and wait with them for family when needed
Treat every rider with warmth, respect, and confidentiality
🚐 Keeping the Shuttle Road-Ready
Fuel up, clean up, and track mileage
Check that safety and emergency equipment is good to go
Give the Maintenance Director a heads-up on any vehicle issues
📋 Staying on Track
Sign residents in and out of the building
Keep transportation logs neat and accurate
Join team meetings and trainings, and help show new hires the ropes
