We are looking for friendly and experienced part-time Servers to serve our residents at Royal Park Place in Zeeland, MI. Past experience with serving or waiting tables is required.
Schedule: Varying days. Weekend availability required.
Hiring for two shifts:
10am-3:30pm or 3:30pm-6:30pm.
Background check, fingerprinting and drug screen required.

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, courteous, and attentive table service to residents during meal periods.
- Assist residents with menu choices by answering questions and providing information about meal offerings.
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
- Collaborate with culinary and dining team members to accommodate resident preferences and dietary requirements
- Assist with beverage service, refills, and other hospitality-related duties.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
- Clear and reset tables according to community standards.
- Support special events, celebrations, and community dining functions as assigned.
- Promote a culture of hospitality, respect, and resident-centered service.
- Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands/Environment:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry trays with hot liquids. Environment may include hot, humid or cold conditions and walking between buildings/dining rooms.
