Description
Are you a Beer and Wine Fanatic, do you love discovering great local craft beers, natural wines and hidden gem beverages. If you are this may be a great opportunity for you to work at the Brattleboro Food Coop on Fridays and Saturdays from 10am to 6pm.
The Co-op is looking for an enthusiastic, team oriented Beer & Wine Clerk to help keep our shelves looking incredible and our customers smiling.
What you will be doing:
- Keep the vibe fresh: Keep our beer coolers, wine racks, and featured endcaps fully stocked, rotated and beautifully presented.
- Assist our Customers: Chat with shoppers, answer questions, help place orders, and guide folks toward their new favorite bottle, craft beer or cider
- Master of Selection: Learn about the lineup of wines and local brews so you can share the inside scoop with customers.
- Be a Great Teammate: Keep aisles clean, stay safe, keep up with inventory and support the co-op to keep this department running smoothly.

Requirements
What we are looking for:
- A friendly, customer-first attitude with a passion (or curiosity!) for beer and wine
- Strong organization, eye for detail, and physical stamina (comfortable lifting, stocking, and staying active on your feet)
- A reliable, punctual team player who takes pride in a clean, stocked, and welcoming department
