Outreach Representative

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated team member to support business outreach efforts. This role is responsible for conducting outbound calls to introduce and promote our draft beer selections to bars and restaurants. This is a part-time position.

Key Responsibilities and Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote draft beer offerings
• Build relationships with businesses and generate interest
• Maintain accurate records of customer and sales interactions
  

Required skills and Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
• Sales or call center experience
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  
• Availability for nights, weekends and holidays
• Professional demeanor
  

**The successful candidate will possess:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to pass background check

Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment

Must be 21 years old or older
