About the role
We’re hiring two experienced Outbound Appointment Setters to call dental, chiropractic and other healthcare practices across the United States. You’ll be the first voice these practices hear from us. You’ll start conversations with doctors, office managers and financial decision-makers, qualify their interest and book meetings for our sales team.
This role suits a disciplined, high-volume caller who is comfortable speaking with busy professionals and who takes pride in consistent results and clean reporting.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Rate: $6/hr
REQUIREMENTS
- Make about 200 outbound dials per day to US dental, chiropractic and healthcare practices while keeping call quality high
- Get past front-desk staff and reach doctors, practice owners, office managers and financial decision-makers
- Qualify prospects by understanding the practice’s needs, pain points and decision process
- Book qualified appointments on the sales team’s calendar and make sure prospects show up
- Log every call, outcome and next step accurately in the CRM
- Submit accurate daily and weekly activity and results reports
- Work with the sales team on handoffs, feedback and script improvements
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident and professional phone presence
- Proven experience cold-calling US businesses (B2B). Appointment-setting experience is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with doctors, office managers and financial decision-makers
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and power dialers. Kixie experience is a strong plus.
- Able to keep up 200 outbound dials per day without losing quality
- Available Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern
- Strong accountability, accurate reporting and a record of consistent appointment-setting results
- Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace and a quality headset
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into healthcare, dental or chiropractic practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA or the medical office environment
