Essential Functions:
Own daily production support for Manhattan Active Omni (MAO), Manhattan DOM 2014, MIF 2014 and MIF Active, providing timely investigation and resolution of issues.
Understand and support the end-to-end order process flow, from order capture through allocation, release, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing and returns.
Investigate individual orders across systems to identify where and why they failed, and determine the root cause.
Troubleshoot complex issues that cross systems, including order-related financial and inventory postings in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, thinking beyond the obvious when standard checks don't explain the problem.
Resolve root causes, not just stuck orders, so issues don't recur.
Respond to P1 incidents in order management and lead root cause analysis and follow-up.

Write and maintain runbooks and support documentation for common order issues.
Take changes through change control and testing before they reach production.
Participate in a shared on-call rotation, with added availability around month-end close and peak selling seasons.
