In this role, you will support the end-to-end order management process, ensuring customer orders are entered accurately, processed efficiently, and delivered on time. You will collaborate with sales offices, factories, and internal partners across Europe to provide excellent customer support and maintain a seamless customer experience while contributing to Emerson’s commitment to innovation, integrity, collaboration, and inclusion.
Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently through business and ERP systems.
Ensure complete and timely entry of multi-business unit orders while supporting trade compliance requirements.
Generate order acknowledgements and maintain accurate order documentation.
Monitor order progress and coordinate with factories to support on-time and complete delivery.
Act as a key point of contact for Sales Offices, providing timely updates on order status, delays, and resolutions.
Respond promptly to inquiries related to active orders and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
