About the role
Primary Responsibilities Include:
• Ensure defect free servicing and delivery of equipment and products on service and non-service operated projects.
• Cost effectively coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the service facility.
• Warrant document control to support accounts payables (purchase order & work order documentation compliance), receivables (job log and service tickets compliance) and operations related human resources (timesheet/expenses management).
• Supervise, train, develop, motivate and deploy delegates to achieve optimal performance.
• Ensure full compliance with governmental policies, requirements and procedures on QHSE regulations.
• Ensure full compliance with all WIS QMS/QHSE policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparation of QMS/QHSE reports.
• Execute all work assignments to the highest quality level and standards.
• Available on a 24 hours call basis to respond to operations support requirements.
• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
