Job Summary: The Operations Employee – Rookie 1st Mate will assist the Boat Operations Manager with daily boat operations, including vessel maintenance, dock upkeep, and fishing-related activities. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining boats, organizing fishing equipment, assisting with fishing duties, and ensuring boats and dock areas remain clean, safe, and operational.
