Machine Operator – Night, Swing

12 Hour Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM (alternating M, Th, F / T, W, Sa, Su)
What You’ll Do:
Load and operate machines to produce large composite matting parts
Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed
Move materials to and from production and storage areas
Perform quality control checks
Keep your work area clean and organized
Follow all safety rules and operating procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work
Must be able to understand and communicate in English
Comfortable working in hot, cold, or noisy environments
Reliable transportation to and from work
Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
