Job Description
We are looking for an Operational Control Center to strengthen the IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, systems administration, and infrastructure operations, with a strong technical background across Windows, Linux, virtualization, and enterprise platforms.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and operational environments.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to operating systems, applications, and infrastructure components.
- Support user and system administration activities, including Active Directory environments.
- Utilize remote access tools to provide technical assistance and issue resolution.
- Monitor and support server, database, virtualization, and application environments.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of enterprise IT platforms.
- Support the management of mobile devices and end-user computing environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of IT services.
- Contribute to operational improvements and infrastructure optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Secondary Education (12th Grade) or higher.
- Technical or vocational qualification in Information Technology is considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven technical experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Experience working in enterprise IT environments.
- Advanced user-level knowledge of:
- Linux
- Windows Operating Systems
- Experience with:
- Active Directory
- Remote access and remote support tools
- Mobile device support and management
