About the role:

Be part of the team behind some of the most memorable events at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston. As a Banquet House Attendant, you'll help transform event spaces for everything from elegant weddings to high-profile corporate gatherings, ensuring every detail is perfectly in place for an exceptional guest experience. 

What you will do:

• Set up and break down banquet spaces, including tables, chairs, buffets, linens, and event decor

• Stock and organize china, glassware, silverware, linens, and banquet supplies for service

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of banquet function spaces before, during, and after events

• Transport and organize meeting materials, equipment, and event supplies throughout the hotel

• Work collaboratively with banquet and hotel teams to deliver seamless events and exceptional guest experiences 
  

What you bring:

• Previous banquet, hospitality, food and beverage, or event setup experience preferred

• Ability to lift, move, and transport furniture, equipment, and event materials safely

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards

• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

• This is an on-call position

• Availability to accept shifts as needed, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
