Position Opportunities
- Full-Time Occupational Therapist
- PRN Occupational Therapist
What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and independence with daily activities.
- Help patients achieve their highest possible level of functional independence.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license or eligibility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.
- Previous skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience is a plus.
