About AICA Orthopedics
AICA Orthopedics is the clinical brand of ProCo, one of Georgia's largest integrated orthopedic and injury care networks. We have 21 clinics, 3 surgery centers and 400+ team members across metro Atlanta. Most orthopedic groups split specialists by body part. Our NPs work across spine and extremity with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, interventional spine specialists, chiropractors and physical therapists, all in one network.

- Order MRIs and CTs, and interpret X-rays
- Order and coordinate epidurals, facet blocks/MBBs, SI joint injections and RFA
- Perform trigger point and major joint injections (independent proficiency is a plus)
- Manage pre- and post-procedural care for interventional and surgical patients
- First assist in the OR for orthopedic and spine surgeries (optional, and subject to facility credentialing)
- Coordinate referrals and continuity of care across AICA's network
- Complete visit documentation within 48 business hours
What we require

- An active Georgia RN license and Georgia APRN authorization, or the ability to obtain them before you start
- Current national NP board certification (AANP or ANCC). FNP, AGACNP or AGPCNP preferred
- Ability to practice under a Georgia nurse protocol agreement with an AICA delegating physician (we handle the paperwork)
- Current DEA, BLS and ACLS certifications, or the ability to obtain them
- Proficiency in evaluating patients for, and ordering, epidurals, MBBs, SI joint injections, RFA and joint procedures
- EMR proficiency (NextGen preferred)
Preferred
- Personal injury or workers' compensation background
- OR or first-assist experience
- Experience in a multidisciplinary practice
- Spine experience is valued over extremity-only experience

- Monthly performance bonuses tied to clinical KPIs
- Your choice of W-2 or 1099 employment
- Medical, dental and vision insurance; 401(k)
