Overview
Southeast Urogyn and Ovation Wellness are seeking an experienced women's health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Madison, Mississippi.
This full-time outpatient role supports a physician-led practice that offers comprehensive pelvic health, gynecologic, and wellness care. We are looking for a clinician with women’s health experience who wants to grow with a practice that is expanding across Mississippi.
Location: Madison, MS (Ovation Wellness, 111 Colony Crossing Way, Suite 250), with travel to other Southeast Urogyn and Ovation Wellness locations as needed.
Start date: Targeted for late 2026 to early January 2027. Flexibility on start for right provider
Position Summary
The Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with our urogynecology and women’s health physicians to deliver patient-centered care across the lifespan, with a focus on women in mid-life and beyond. The role is fully outpatient, with a high degree of clinical autonomy and a supportive clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide well-woman exams, annual gynecologic exams, and preventive care
- Evaluate and manage gynecologic and pelvic health conditions, including urinary incontinence, pelvic floor concerns, and vaginal health
- Provide menopause and hormone health care
- Provide contraceptive counseling and care
- Document care in the EMR and collaborate with physicians as needed
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Women’s health or OB/GYN experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to practice independently within scope
- Strong interest in women’s health and pelvic health
- Team-oriented, with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel to all Southeast Urogyn and Ovation Wellness locations
