About the role
We are seeking a Microbiologist Analyst to support the current Equipment Validation process:
- Analyzes Microbiological and Environmental test data and utilizes professional judgment to decide on appropriate responses to related events, departures, validations, etc.
- Supports manufacturing activities by accurately performing microbiological control activities.
- Provides technical guidance and leadership for Site’s investigations related to microbiological testing (OOS / OOT), microbiological methods, environmental, and / or any other microbiological subject.
- Prepare oral and written technical and progress reports regarding projects. Keep managers well informed of all major problems, improvement activities and potential barriers.
- Attend all related meetings, making required document corrections and changes and following up on document revision and approval
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology or Natural Sciences
- Three years of experience pharma industry, medical devices or food industry
- Good Laboratory Practices (GLP's)
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Knowledge in computer applications programs as Excel, Words, Power Point
