About the role
Qualifications
Required
· Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Facility Planning, or related field.
· 8+ years of experience managing planning, design, and construction projects.
· Demonstrated expertise in space planning, architectural and engineering coordination, and capital project delivery.
· Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred
· Professional licensure or certification (RA, PE, PMP, CCM, LEED AP).
· Healthcare, higher education, corporate campus, or large institutional facility experience.
