About the role
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing methods and production processes.
- Improve productivity, workflow efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
- Support new product introductions and process implementation activities.
- Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and production standards.
How You Will Do It
- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.
- Lead process improvement projects focused on efficiency and cost reduction.
- Support capacity planning and line balancing activities.
What We Look For
- Solid experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or methods engineering.
- Knowledge of process optimization, time studies, and production planning principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.
