About the role
JOB SUMMARY
This position is for a medical assistant whose responsibility is to provide direct care to patients receiving therapeutic and diagnostic services. The position reports to the Chronic Care Clinical Supervisor.
Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum level of Education: Education level equivalent to completion of an approved medical assistant program preferred. Basic life support (BLS) required.
- Formal Training: Clinical competence as Medical Assistant preferred.
- Licensure, Certifications & Registration: Certified Medical Assistant.
- Work Experience: Prior experience working in a hospital/healthcare setting preferred.
