Marketing Production Coordinator

Position Summary: Leeco Steel, a leading supplier of steel plate products across North America, is seeking a Marketing Production Coordinator to support the production of branded creative assets across digital, print, video and social channels. This role is responsible for executing routine design and multimedia projects within established brand standards while maintaining organized creative files and production workflows. The Marketing Production Coordinator reports directly to the Creative Marketing Specialist. This position requires in-office attendance at our Lisle location.

Core Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Production

• Create and update digital and print assets using established brand standards and templates.
• Format customer-facing and internal materials, including PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and sales collateral.
• Resize and adapt campaign graphics for email, webpages, social media and other channels.
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate routine print projects with external vendors.

Video & Social Media Production

• Edit short-form videos and prepare approved content for social and digital channels.
• Create thumbnails, captions and platform-specific versions of multimedia assets.
• Support video shoots by organizing footage, files and production materials.
• Schedule and publish approved social media content.

Creative Asset Management

• Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, design files and final assets.
• Manage file naming, version control and archival practices for creative projects.
• Track assigned projects and communicate status, questions and production needs.
• Support the Creative Marketing Specialist with recurring production tasks and other projects as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 0-3 years in graphic design, multimedia, social media production or a related role.
• Technical proficiency: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint; video editing experience is required.
• Design skills: Strong understanding of layout, typography, image selection and brand consistency across print and digital media.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple assignments, maintain orderly files and follow established production processes.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating graphic design and multimedia production capabilities is required for consideration.
• Communication: Ability to receive creative feedback, ask effective questions and collaborate with marketing team members.
