About Our Search
Hord Coplan Macht seeks a full-time marketing coordinator in our Conshohocken office to support the firm’s marketing efforts in winning new business. This self-starter will work with principals and marketing team members to develop and craft winning proposal responses across all studios within the firm. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a positive outlook, excels in a deadline-driven environment, is comfortable working with senior leadership, and possesses an ability to work independently.
About the Position
- Maintain and update resumes, project case studies, and boilerplates
- Maintain and update project and staff information in the firm’s database, Deltek VantagePoint
- Work with firm principals, marketing team members, and consultants to create proposals, qualification packages, and presentations
- Lead the production of materials for marketing brochures, client interviews/presentations
- Maintain and update specific opportunities and marketing efforts in Deltek VantagePoint
- Assist in project updates on the firm’s website
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or English
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, AEC industry preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled communicator with a bright command of grammar, punctuation, editing, and proofreading
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the architecture and design industry preferred
