⚡ What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Able to work Swing Shift (Monday–Friday 1:30 PM–10:00 PM)

• Physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job.

• Manufacturing experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate!

• Experience operating machinery.

• Familiarity with metalworking tools such as drill presses, chop saws, and subcompact band saws.

• Forklift operation experience is a plus.

• Experience with inventory management is preferred.

• Dependable, organized, and motivated with a strong attention to detail.

⚡ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build & Create: Operate machinery and fabricate essential lightning protection components.

• Bring Products to Life: Assemble components and help keep production moving efficiently.

• Keep Things Stocked: Monitor raw material inventory and help ensure supplies are ready when needed.

• Work Smarter, Not Harder: Minimize waste and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Keep Operations Moving: Pick up and deliver materials as needed.

• Stay on Track: Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

• Take Pride in Your Workspace: Perform routine machinery maintenance and keep production areas clean and organized.

• Champion Lean Manufacturing: Help maintain an efficient, organized workplace through 5S practices and point-of-use storage.

• Get It Out the Door: Assist with packing, shipping, and receiving goods.

Pay: $23–$25 per hour
