About the role
岗位职责：
1. 负责制造工厂的产品调试
2. 配合团队，持续进行工艺改进，提高生产效率，降低废品率
3. 快速处理调试故障，完善故障手册，审核生产线过程参数
4. 生产过程中的跟踪及数据记录整理工作，推进制造团队持续改善，反馈改善效果
5. 完成领导安排的其他任务
职位要求：
1. 中专以上学历，机械、工程、机电一体化专业或相关专业
2. 2年以上工艺调试类岗位工作经验
3. 有PCBA装配工艺（锡焊，点胶，DIP插接）相关工作经验
4. 具备一定的识图能力， 责任心强，有良好的协调沟通能力
5. 具有一定的逻辑思维和分析能力
