About the role
- Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
- Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area
- Responsible for all KPIs (within the assigned Zone) for ensuring the production results are achieved in the required quantity and quality, working together with the Production Manager
- Improving KPIs by optimizing the organizational and production workflows at the workstations and interfaces
- Participating to ensure that workstations and systems have an efficient, ergonomic design
- Pursuing continuous improvements in the assigned area in terms of EKOS methods and processes, health & safety and an ergonomic working environment
- Other duties, as assigned
