Your work will help translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights that improve performance, reduce costs, strengthen compliance and support reliable airline operations.
Why this role matters
Technical Operations depends on accurate data, disciplined inventory management and clear performance visibility.
This role helps Frontier connect inventory, supply chain, financial and operational data to better decisions — improving material availability, strengthening controls, identifying cost opportunities and giving leaders the information they need to act.
Leadership scope
This role directly supervises Inventory Analysts and Operations Analysts and provides broader leadership across cross-functional Technical Operations initiatives.
How you’ll work
This role operates with general direction and typically receives limited day-to-day instruction, with broader guidance provided for new assignments.
The position is primarily based in a typical office environment and requires light physical effort, including handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently

Inventory governance and material planning
- Lead enterprise inventory-governance initiatives to optimize inventory investments while maintaining required service levels.
- Analyze inventory performance, material-consumption trends, stocking strategies and forecasting models.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, inventory health, excess and obsolete inventory, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support material-planning activities through demand forecasting, usage analysis and inventory recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory visibility, accountability and asset utilization across the network.
- Lead Technical Operations governance initiatives by establishing standardized business processes, measuring compliance, maintaining performance reporting and driving accountability across supported departments.
Process controls, compliance and continuous improvement
- Develop, document, implement and maintain departmental policies, procedures and process controls.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction and process standardization.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and other applicable internal-control frameworks.
- Conduct process reviews and compliance audits to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders across Technical Operations to implement corrective actions and sustain process improvements.
Supply chain and cost performance
- Evaluate supply chain performance and identify opportunities for cost savings, cost avoidance and productivity improvements.
- Perform analytical reviews of purchasing, repair, warranty, logistics and material-planning activities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and operational performance.
- Develop business cases and analytical models supporting strategic sourcing, inventory investments and operational projects.
- Monitor and report on cost-reduction initiatives and savings achieved through process improvements and strategic programs.
Cross-functional leadership
- Collaborate with leaders across Technical Operations to support departmental objectives and enterprise initiatives.
- Establish standards, monitor compliance and influence consistent execution across multiple locations.
- Coach, train, prioritize and hold assigned personnel and stakeholders accountable for inventory-control standards, planning processes and reporting expectations.
- Coordinate effectively with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, vendors, stations, Material Services leadership and maintenance, repair and overhaul providers.
