About the role
Description
We’re looking for a DTC Sites + Marketplaces Manager to run HydroPeptide’s online storefronts day to day, both HydroPeptide-owned domains and third-party marketplace channels. You’ll own how our products are presented, priced, and merchandised online, and you’ll make sure every storefront is accurate, on brand, and converting. As the business owner of every HydroPeptide-owned domain, you’ll also be accountable for the platform, tech stack, site health, and SEO behind the customer experience.
This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, operations, and e-commerce. You’ll oversee a Web Producer, development partners, marketplace agency, and contractor support as needed to ensure seamless execution across channels. You’ll also partner closely with Brand, Growth Marketing, Creative, Product Development, and Operations to keep our storefronts running smoothly, improve the customer experience, and protect brand integrity across channels.
Key Details:
- Where You’ll Work: Hybrid – This role follows a hybrid schedule, with employees expected to work on-site 3 days per week at our current Bellevue office and remotely the remainder of the week. Please note that HydroPeptide will be relocating its headquarters to Downtown Seattle in Spring 2027. The hybrid schedule will remain in place following the move, and additional on-site presence may be required to support team collaboration, meetings, and other business needs.
- Your Hours: Full-time working typical Pacific Time business hours will require some flexibility including evenings & weekends on occasion
- Travel Expectations: Minimal travel
- Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 plus annual bonus potential
Key Responsibilities of the Manager, DTC Sites & Marketplaces:

- Manage the domain portfolio with IT, including registrations, renewals, DNS, SSL, redirects, and subdomains
- Set and manage the site roadmap and backlog, prioritizing work with development partners and the Web Producer
- Run a release process with clear scoping, QA, and sign-off so changes go live without breaking the site
- Monitor site health, including uptime, page speed, mobile experience, and broken links, and drive fixes
- Own the app and vendor stack, such as search, reviews, subscriptions, and loyalty, including contracts, costs, and performance

- Manage technical SEO, including site structure, crawlability, metadata, structured data, redirects, and Core Web Vitals

- Partner with Brand and Creative on search-informed content, and with Growth Marketing so paid and organic search work together
- Monitor rankings, Google Search Console, and organic performance, and report on results
DTC Merchandising & Content

- Keep product content, pricing, and inventory accurate and aligned with launches and campaigns
- Merchandise sites to help customers find the right products

Performance & Process
- Report weekly on traffic, conversion, AOV, and sales by storefront
- Run the promotions and launch calendar across DTC and marketplaces
- Build clear processes for product setup, content updates, and channel handoffs
- Track reviews and ratings, and flag product or content issues to the right teams
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Manage the Web Producer, development partners, contractors, and marketplace agencies, with clear goals and regular performance reviews
- Share results, learnings, and recommendations with leadership in clear, concise updates
