About the role
Description
Help shape what comes next at Archways. We are seeking one or more full-time managers to lead staff, strengthen recovery and family support services, build partnerships, and develop new opportunities across our centers and communities.
Rather than limiting this search to one narrowly defined position, Archways welcomes candidates whose leadership experience and strengths align with one or more of the following areas:
Staff Leadership and Practice
Supervise Leads, Program Coordinators, and staff; provide coaching and professional development; and oversee practice quality, performance, and consistent participant support.
Programs and Partnerships
Manage assigned program areas, develop services, build referral and program partnerships, and turn plans into effective services that meet community needs and program commitments.
Outreach and Community Engagement
Lead outreach staff, expand referral networks and access to services, and develop center activities and community partnerships that strengthen participation and belonging.
Training and Workforce Development
Develop training, employer and education partnerships, and pathways into volunteering, practical learning, and careers in recovery support, family support, and related fields.
Final roles, titles, and areas of responsibility will reflect Archways’ organizational needs and the strengths of the selected candidates. These are full-time, nonexempt positions reporting to the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Positions may be based at an Archways center in Tilton, Franklin, Concord, or Plymouth. Archways typically operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; short-term disability; a 403(b) retirement plan with up to a 4% company match; and professional-development opportunities.
To apply, please submit a resume and a brief letter describing your leadership experience and the management areas that interest you most.
Requirements
Archways welcomes candidates with varied professional, educational, and lived experiences. Strong candidates will demonstrate:
• Experience leading, supervising, coaching, or developing staff.
• Experience managing programs, services, projects, or community-based initiatives.
• Strong communication, judgment, organization, and follow-through.
• The ability to build productive relationships with staff, participants, community partners, referral sources, employers, or educational organizations.
• The ability to translate ideas and plans into effective services and practical results.
• A commitment to person-centered, recovery-oriented, family-support, trauma-informed, and strengths-based practices.
Relevant education or experience in human services, social work, education, nonprofit management, behavioral health, recovery support, family support, workforce development, or a related field is preferred. Archways will consider an equivalent combination of education, training, professional experience, and demonstrated leadership ability.
A master’s degree in a related field and an active Certified Recovery Support Worker credential are valued but are not required.
