Overview
Who We Are
For nearly 30 years, Women’s Imaging Center (“WIC”) has been Colorado’s most trusted destination for compassionate and specialized women’s imaging care where patients look forward to returning year after year.
Our 4.9 rating across more than 5,000 Google reviews doesn't happen by accident. It happens because of our Team. Many of our technologists, medical assistants, and radiologists have been with us for over 20 years. The care they bring isn’t just professional, it’s personal.
When you join WIC, you're not just filling a role — you're becoming part of a close-knit, experienced group that genuinely loves what they do and feels their talents lie in helping other women.
If you're an experienced mammography technologist who takes pride in the work you do, and do it with expertise and heart, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
What Your Days Look Like
We believe the right schedule makes you a better technologist. We work with you to find hours that actually fit your life. And the place you'll spend those hours? Calm, focused, and genuinely upbeat. No hospital noise. No institutional politics. Just good people doing important work. Your day starts the same way every time, making your patients feel seen, respected, and at ease. The next part is dependent on your professional skills, which we are willing to develop or enhance.
On a typical day you might:
- Guide your patient through the performance of her routine annual screening — answering questions, easing anxiety, and providing information, especially for first time patients.
- Work up diagnostic exams alongside one of our specialist radiologists, using your positioning expertise and clinical instincts to obtain the optimal imaging for the radiologist's interpretation, working within what is possible (or not) to obtain.
- Support a patient who is nervous about a callback — your calm, confident presence makes all the difference in how she experiences that moment.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of Technologists, MAs, and Radiologists who genuinely care about your professional development and success.
- Perform anywhere from 23 - 28 mammmograms/day/technologist.
We perform 3D screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, MRI, DEXA, and image-guided biopsy often moving from screening to diagnosis within 24 hours. That continuity of care is rare. Our patients feel it, and so will you. You won’t find that elsewhere in Colorado. If you are not familiar with Centennial state, we have over 300 days of sunshine a year, close access to the Rocky Mountains, great education options, and quality of life that consistently rank among the best in the country.
Your Impact and Growth
Routine screening is the backbone of what we do — and doing it well requires developed skill. But it's in diagnostic workups where your expertise becomes truly vital.
When a patient returns for additional imaging, she's scared. Your ability to stay calm, communicate clearly, position precisely, and work efficiently doesn’t just shape her experience in that moment, it shapes how she feels about coming back.
Beyond the daily work, there’s room to grow. Learn image-guided biopsy, DEXA or support Quality Control measures.

Why Together Women’s Health (TWH)?
Because we do things a bit differently here. We’re a rapidly growing network of Obstetrics and Gynecology practices, and while it’s important to know what we are, it’s more important to know what drives us - our mission is to improve the lives of our healthcare partners and their patients. Our actions speak louder than those words. We invest in our talented teams and our connection to our core values last longer than a quick glance through the employee handbook - we live them every day! TWH is a place where careers thrive for those who believe the right team can achieve anything.
The Together Story:
Together Women’s Health (TWH) was created to be a leading network of integrated women’s healthcare providers. Our business solutions combine good medicine and a strong infrastructure to continuously improve care across Ob-Gyn and other women’s health centered practices. In partnering with physician groups, TWH manages support services that foster growth for private practices and nourish their ability to provide the best total care to their patients.
Recognizing a commonality among clinicians in the evolving women’s health sector, where a lack of scale affects their ability to provide more robust care and diverse services, was the motivation for their connected care model. Together Women’s Health was founded in 2020 as a platform for elevating private obstetrics and gynecology practices to their full potential.
Our objective is to empower physicians so that they can better serve their patients. We invest heavily in building and maintaining a culture to be the employer of choice, cultivating a community of providers and resources, which in turn enriches patient experience and strengthens doctor-patient relationships. With the combined leadership of expert physicians, experienced Board of Directors, and strategic financial partner, Shore Capital Partners, TWH puts our medical affiliates at the forefront of innovation in women’s health.
