Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Weekdays and Weekends

Beso Del Sol Resort is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our team!
Located on the beautiful waterfront in Dunedin, Florida, Beso Del Sol Resort offers a relaxing vacation experience with condominium-style accommodations, beautiful views, and welcoming hospitality.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and can help keep our resort looking and operating at its best.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the resort, including guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Handle minor plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, and leaking drains.
- Perform basic electrical maintenance, such as replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, and outlets, when qualified and permitted.
- Complete drywall repairs, painting, touch-ups, and finishing work.
- Perform minor tile and grout repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests.
- Identify potential maintenance concerns and communicate them to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with other maintenance projects and duties as needed.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Previous handyman or general maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Dependable, punctual, and organized.
- Friendly and professional when interacting with guests and team members.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems to track maintenance requests.
- Ability to perform the physical duties of a hands-on maintenance position.
- Flexibility to work weekends is required.
Experience working in hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, or condominium properties is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
- Shifts generally run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Weekday and weekend shifts available.
- Weekend availability is an important requirement for this position.
