Overview

The purpose of the Maintenance Specialist is to keep the premises in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of restrooms including stocking all paper products and soap.
- Taking out trash.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
- Cleaning of all glass, seats, vending machines, and ATM’s.
- Order and/or pickup supplies weekly.
- Maintain water fountain and add chemicals as needed.
- Water flowers seasonally.
- Special projects as needed.
- May be required to cross train and perform other duties.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of janitorial experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Strong people skills.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically.
- Ability to navigate and access all required facilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Close vision required for computer-related activities.
