DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (TALENT ATTRACTION)

[What you will be working on]

Our Talent Attraction Team plays an important role in attracting the right talent to support LTA’s continued growth and our mission to transform the way we travel.

 

In this role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, coordinating and conducting interviews, and facilitating offers to successful candidates. You will also support LTA’s talent attraction and outreach efforts by conducting career talks and participating in recruitment engagement activities of all levels.

[What we are looking for]

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Demonstrated skills in writing, communication and interpersonal relationships
• Demonstrated skills in analysis and critical thinking
• Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and drive to excel
• Independent, able to work in a team and highly self-motivated

• Familiar with Workday would be an added advantage
