Loader Operator

Position Summary

Ozark Ready Mix is seeking to fill a Loader Operator position at our location in Versailles, MO.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all MSHA and company Safety standards
• Operate skid steer to clean the site and roads
• Grease bearings and perform basic repair and maintenance
• Option to run larger equipment or operate control tower depending on aptitude and ability
• Act as an aid to the Plant operator
• Ability to operate a yard loader, front end loader, and other heavy equipment.

Qualifications

Physical & Operational Requirements

• Lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Reliable transportation
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Work overtime, nights, weekends, as needed
• Willing to travel/work out of town

Qualifications, Skills & Expertise

• High School Diploma
• Experience operating equipment
• Must be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and maintain a good attendance record.
• Must be able to work as a team on all projects
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
