• Starting Pay Range: $30.80/hr - $40.04/hr. This range includes the 10% PRN differential; actual pay depends on experience.
• Position Status: PRN, non-exempt
• Shift: As a PRN team member, you’ll have the opportunity to build a schedule that works best for your life based on the availability of open shifts.
• Shift Differentials: Nights = +10% of base wage (after 6pm), Weekends = +15% of base wage

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides safe, competent, and compassionate patient care within the scope of practice by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. This role includes administering medications, assisting with procedures and emergencies, performing patient rounding, and delivering patient and family education to support positive outcomes. The LPN monitors patient conditions, documents care accurately and collaborates effectively with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care. Responsibilities also include responding appropriately to emergent situations, maintaining compliance with policies and protocols, and promoting patient safety through proper use of clinical skills, equipment, and infection control practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current Colorado license as Licensed Practical Nurse
  • IV Certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous LPN experience preferred

• IV Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Previous LPN experience preferred
• Must possess required certification or be able to obtain within 120 days.
