We are currently seeking a professional Leasing Representative to join our team at Legacy at Abbington. Whether you are an experienced leasing professional or a customer-focused sales or hospitality expert looking to grow your career in property management, we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for exceptional customer service.
In this role, you'll be the face of our community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process while creating an outstanding experience for current and future residents alike.
What You'll Do:
- Tour apartment homes and showcase community amenities
- Build relationships with prospective residents and convert leads into leases
- Process rental applications and prepare move-in documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
- Assist with resident communications and retention efforts
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
What We're Looking For:
- Apartment leasing experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Proven success in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of Fair Housing laws
- Quick learner with a desire to grow professionally
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a "can-do" mindset
- Valid driver's license required
- Weekend availability required
