About the role

Position Summary:

Implements and supports programs aligned with leadership development strategy and strategic business imperatives to develop management capabilities throughout the workforce. Maintains frameworks that represent skills and leadership capabilities that are critical to long-term and short-term objectives. Supports training, coaching, professional development, and experiential assignments that make up the leadership development strategy. Fosters a culture of informal knowledge exchange, coaching, and training throughout the organization to engage and develop the workforce. Promotes training and development programs and career pathing initiatives. Prepares analysis and reporting of leadership development efforts and results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Psychology or related field required, Master’s degree in the aforementioned areas preferred.
5-10 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, learning and development, talent management, coaching or a related field.
Demonstrated success coaching leaders and facilitating group learning.
Experience creating learning content and instructional materials.
Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft applications and experience utilizing learning technologies and learning management systems
