Job Description:
Support the review of project designs, specifications, and technical changes to ensure compliance with RAMS requirements.
- prepare and maintain RAM documentation and safety documentation, including RBDs, FMEA/FMECA, RAM Reports, and Demonstration Reports.
- Monitor RAM performance through data collection and analysis of failures, downtime, maintenance records, MTBF, MTTR, and Availability indicators.
- Review all installation, testing & commissioning, configuration changes, test procedures, test result, migration, trial operation, and site acceptance documents from a RAMS perspective.
- participate in site surveys, inspections, audits, and investigations to identify RAMS-related issues, hazards, failures, and installation deviations.
- Prepare all physical implementation reports (PISAR) and safety audit report (SAUR) for each dependency.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Hazard log, Exported risk safety application condition, specific application safety case and ISA documents.
- Prepare periodic RAMS status reports and escalate significant safety concerns, recurring failures, or performance shortfalls to the RAMS Manager.
- Prepare field checklist procedure for the deployment team.
- Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement of RAMS processes across assigned projects.
