Job Summary

The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for providing a safe, fun, engaging, and welcoming environment for children participating in Kids Club activities. The role involves organizing recreational and educational activities, supervising children, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in accordance with the hotel's service standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Kids Club Operations

• Welcome children and parents in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Organize and conduct daily recreational, educational, and creative activities for children.
• Supervise children during Kids Club activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and follow established child check-in and check-out procedures.
• Ensure all activities are appropriate for children's ages and abilities.

2. Guest Service & Communication

• Deliver excellent service to children and their parents.
• Provide information regarding Kids Club programs, schedules, and activities.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Promote Kids Club activities and other family-friendly resort facilities.

3. Safety & Hygiene

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized Kids Club environment.
• Inspect toys, equipment, and activity areas regularly to ensure safety standards.
• Follow established child safeguarding, health, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
• Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.
• Ensure children are released only to authorized parents or guardians.

4. Activities & Entertainment

• Plan and lead indoor and outdoor activities, including arts and crafts, games, storytelling, and educational programs.
• Encourage children to participate in activities that promote creativity, teamwork, and social interaction.
• Assist with special events, themed activities, and holiday programs.
• Prepare materials and equipment required for daily activities.

5. Teamwork & Administration

• Coordinate with Recreation and other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and maintain supplies, toys, and activity materials.
• Assist with inventory control and equipment maintenance.
• Attend departmental briefings and training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Tourism, or Hospitality are an advantage.
• Previous experience in childcare, Kids Club operations, recreation, or hospitality is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English.
• Friendly, energetic, creative, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to organize and lead activities for different age groups.
• Strong awareness of child safety, hygiene, and safeguarding practices.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
