Biocodex is looking for a Key Account Manager to work with healthcare professionals across Estonia, focusing on psychiatrists and gastroenterologists. The role combines active field-based customer engagement, relationship management, healthcare professional events, and commercial planning and analysis.

Your Role

As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for visiting psychiatrists and gastroenterologists across Estonia, focusing on high-potential customers and healthcare centres. Approximately 80% of your time will be spent in the field, meeting healthcare professionals and organising events for targeted healthcare professionals (HCPs). The remaining 20% will involve office-based responsibilities, including marketing support, market analysis and sales planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit psychiatrists and gastroenterologists throughout Estonia, prioritising customers and healthcare centres with the highest potential.

• Conduct approximately eight customer visits per day.

• Organise events and meetings with targeted healthcare professionals.

• Prepare marketing materials and presentations.

• Analyse market data, statistics and relevant commercial information.

• Support sales planning and forecasting.

Your Background and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

• Higher education, with a degree in medicine, pharmacy or life sciences.

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally including experience working with psychiatrists and/or gastroenterologists.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Fluency in Estonian.

• English language proficiency is considered an advantage.

• A valid Category B driving licence.
