About the role
Your responsibilities
providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting;
preparing and configuring laptops, peripherals and workplaces;
supporting employee onboarding and offboarding;
managing IT equipment, inventory and hardware lifecycle activities;
handling incidents and service requests through ServiceNow;
maintaining operational documentation.
Our requirements
first experience in IT Helpdesk / 1st Line Support;
communicative level of English;
willingness to learn IT procedures, troubleshoot issues;
good communication skills and approachable attitude;
proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a service-oriented mindset.
