Junior Data Analyst

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Junior Data Analyst, who will support the Digital team. What will you be doing?

• Reporting & Performance Visibility
  • Execute and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports that provide demand
  generation and sales development teams with visibility into pipeline, lead flow,
  campaign performance, and key KPIs.
  • Ensure reports are delivered on time, accurately, and in a consistent, easy-to-
  understand format.
• Data Preparation & CRM Management
  • Prepare, clean, and format prospect and lead data for loading into the CRM and
  other marketing platforms.
  • Execute CRM data uploads and updates, following established governance and
  data quality standards.
• Data Validation & Quality Assurance
  • Perform data validation and QA for new and emerging marketing and
  performance reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, or anomalies and work with stakeholders to
  resolve issues.
• Cross-Functional Data Support
  • Provide analytical and reporting support for digital experience and demand
  generation teams as needed.
  • Assist with ad hoc data pulls, analysis, and reporting requests.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst and/or reporting role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data validation. Exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) or basic SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a strong asset.
• Foundational understanding of marketing, demand generation, or digital performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring deliverables.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting and explaining data.
