Required Qualifications

Education

University degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of data management, database concepts, and data analysis.

Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems or other product data management systems.

Exposure to database development, data processing, or system integration through academic projects, internships, or relevant practical experience.

Familiarity with manufacturing or aerospace environments is considered an asset.

Personal Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business needs and contribute to practical, technology-driven solutions.

Interest in learning about global chemical regulations and environmental compliance requirements.

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and engage with different stakeholders.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Self-motivated, proactive, and organized, with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and progressively work independently.

Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and business processes.

The successful candidate will contribute to the digital transformation of Pratt & Whitney Canada's chemical compliance activities by supporting the development and improvement of data management solutions, system integration, and regulatory risk visibility. This role offers an opportunity to develop specialized expertise at the intersection of technology, engineering, and global regulatory compliance while contributing to the mitigation of risks affecting our products and operations worldwide.

Sur site : Les employés qui occupent des postes sur site travailleront principalement à l’usine. Cela inclut tous les employés de production et de maintenance, car ces employés sont essentiels au développement de nos produits.

Hybride : Les employés qui travaillent dans des rôles hybrides travailleront régulièrement sur site et hors site. Le ratio du temps de travail sur site sera déterminé en partenariat avec votre futur gestionnaire.

Télétravail : Les employés qui travaillent à distance, travailleront principalement de la maison. Si vous habitez à un trajet raisonnable d’un site RTX avec d’autres collègues avec qui vous interagissez, votre gestionnaire discutera de la présence sur site associée à ce poste.

Les candidats en apprendront davantage sur le type de poste tout au long du processus de recrutement. Pour les postes sur site et hybrides, le déplacement au travail est une responsabilité de l’employé.

Nécessite des connaissances théoriques généralement obtenues par le biais d’un diplôme universitaire.

Se limite à certaines connaissances de l’organisation RTX.

Nécessite généralement : Un diplôme universitaire ou une expérience équivalente et moins de 2 ans d’expérience préalable pertinente.

Ingénierie/Autres postes techniques : Exige généralement un diplôme en sciences, en technologie, en ingénierie ou en mathématiques (STIM) et moins de 2 ans d’expérience préalable, à moins qu’elle ne soit interdite par les lois et règlements locaux.
