About the role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, including the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform x-ray inspections of part.
Perform dimensional inspections, using measuring tools and coordinate measuring machine as needed.
Perform metal analysis, using spectrometer.
Perform daily audits of processes per procedure. Report findings to QA Manager.
Maintain inspection records, daily product audit results, setup cards/records to include filing.
Receive product into warehouse in a timely manner. Inform the Quality Manager or Quality Engineer when product fails inspection.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Perform dock audits as needed every shift.
Maintain 5S program in all areas assigned to quality department.
