Continuous Learning: Become an expert on our evolving product line and industry standards to remain a technical resource for the team.

Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to walk a job site in steel-toed boots and present technical solutions to executive leadership in a boardroom.
Travel as required (<5%), primarily limited to customer job sites, high-value project support, and factory visits.
