Job Description Role Infrastructure Engineer II Manage and support Kotak Mahindra Bank's infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and compliance for critical banking applications and digital platforms. Role Description • Administer Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and cloud infrastructure. • Ensure uptime and performance of banking applications and payment systems. • Manage infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting tools. • Monitor systems, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis. • Support patching, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities. • Ensure compliance with RBI, Information Security, and audit requirements. • Collaborate with Application, Security, and DevOps teams for platform reliability. Requirements (Skills required) • Windows/Linux Administration • VMware / Virtualization Technologies • AWS and/or Azure Cloud • Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Shell Scripting Networking (DNS, Load Balancer, Firewall, VPN) • Monitoring Tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Dynatrace) • Incident & Problem Management
