About the Opportunity

We have a full-time opportunity available in our Brookvale Guttering & Roofing team. We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused team player who enjoys helping customers, building relationships and learning about products within the building and trade supply industry.

Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is preferred. Experience in guttering, roofing or building supplies will be highly regarded, along with a willingness to develop product knowledge and technical understanding.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommending suitable guttering and roofing solutions.
• Processing sales, preparing quotes and managing customer orders and returns.
• Building positive customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
• Working closely with external sales representatives and internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Supporting order coordination, scheduling and day-to-day store operations.
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues where possible.
• Maintaining stock, showroom presentation and a safe, tidy working environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail, in-store sales or customer service experience preferred but not essential 
• Experience in roofing, guttering or building supplies will be highly regarded.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to process sales and quotes.
• A willingness to learn product knowledge and technical specifications.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, proactive and team-focused attitude.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Full Australian working rights without restrictions.
• Experience in roofing, guttering or building supplies will be highly regarded.
