About the role
Overview:
To lead the In Room Dining department in their daily work and create a team atmosphere. Supervise and work alongside the In Room Dining team of servers to deliver a consistent and quality product to our guests
Responsibilities:
Responsible to answer the phone within three rings.
Participate in select guest morning beverage and daily amenity deliveries
Knowledge of food menu and wine list.
Know and adhere to all liability laws.
Printing of reports at the end of the shift and banking out.
Attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions.
Assists setting up orders.
Qualifications:
Must be able to push/pull and lift 50lbs or more.
Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
