Are you looking to start a career in the HVAC industry?
All Pro Plumbing Heating Air & Electric is seeking motivated, dependable individuals who want to learn the trade and grow with a company that invests in its employees. No extensive HVAC experience required. We are willing to train candidates who have completed a trade school program or have a strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems
- Inspect equipment and identify potential issues
- Clean and service heating and cooling systems
- Assist senior technicians with repairs and installations
- Provide excellent customer service while in customers' homes
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
What We're Looking For
- HVAC school graduate, current student, or someone seeking an HVAC career
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $50k-$100K annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
