About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced HSE Officers / Managers to manage health, safety, and environmental activities across high-rise and major construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Implement project HSE policies and procedures.
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.
Organize toolbox talks and safety training.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor contractor and workforce safety compliance.
Maintain HSE documentation and reports.
Requirements
8–12+ years of relevant HSE experience.
Strong experience in high-rise and major construction-site safety.
Knowledge of risk assessments and safety management systems.
Experience conducting inspections and incident investigations.
Relevant HSE qualifications and certifications preferred.
