Housekeeping Attendant

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Hotel Group, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. 

Knowing that first impressions count, our housekeeping team are obsessed about presentation, having things in the right place and the house being spotlessly clean to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests. 

• Cleaning rooms: Replacing towels, changing bed linens, and performing general cleaning of all surfaces
•  Guest service: Providing accurate directions and information for guest inquiries.
• Inventory management: Ensuring that guest room supplies are available and replenishing as needed.
• Special tasks: Vacuuming, dusting, and special bed turndowns for higher-end establishments.
• Room Preparation: Changing bedding for new guests and preparing room their rooms for their stay.
• Deep cleaning: Using the right cleaning chemicals, dust and polish all hard surfaces to achieve a quality sheen
• Reporting and Log Guest Forgotten Items
• Defaults: Report issues such as equipment and light bulb damage promptly to supervisor or department manager for immediate action – ensure such reports are correctly logged

 

Qualifications

• An eye for detail
• Is a creative problem-solver
• Passionate about creating extraordinary service
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
