The schedule for this position is Wednesday-Sunday 10:00a-2:00p and 5:00p-close (actual hours may vary based on seasonal events).

Background and drug screening are required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival
• Responsible for taking reservations, confirming reservations and receiving to-go orders
• Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, provide accurate wait times when appropriate
• Escort and seat members and guests in the dining or bar area depending on preference
• Act as a liaison between the kitchen and dining area, and relay messages to support staff and managers as needed
• Work with serving staff to tend to members and guests needs throughout the dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service
• Assist dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, as needed
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant preferred, but not required
• Ability to operate or learn to operate a point-of-sale system
